Welcome on the North side of the legendary, Lake of Balaton; in a nice town, called: Balatonalmadi. Balatonalamadi’s past as being a vacation paradise goes far back into time; it has been one of the most popular and favorite ones in Hungary for ages. The town’s plain lakeshore is surrounded by volcanic hills, giving a wonderful sight of The Balaton for tourists from all around the world.

Theresa-cottage is a single house with a big backyard, just perfect for a family vacation up to 5 people. The house provides comfortable and nice times by its high standard and sophisticated equipments.

Theresa-cottage has a wonderful location. It is in a rarely lived area of the town, located in a nice and quite neighborhood. However on the other hand, the beach and the center of the town/ down- town are nearby. Within 500- 600 meters (0.3- 0.37 miles) everything is available, such as: beach, down- town, restaurants, taverns, pubs and bars, clubs, and shops.

The house has 5 parts. There are two bedrooms with their own entrances. The rooms provide comfortable staying for 2 and 3 people with their King size beds. The house is well supplied by many domestic, household types of equipment. These is a microwave, a refrigerator and as oven in the kitchen. The bathroom is provided with a shower cabin, a wash-hard basin, and a toilette, with non- stop hot water access.

The nice and extensive living room gives a comfortable “get together” place for the whole family. There are two Satellite TVs in the house.

The key part of the house is the balcony, which is accessible from the living room and supplied by a set of garden furniture. The balcony gives a unique, wonderful, and a fascinating view of Balatonalmadi, and 1/4 of the Lake.

The backyard provides a nice and relaxing time, perfect for outdoor activities, including Barbeque access. Therefore is the parking place inside and closed, surrounded by the fence for two cars.
